Zoe offers mat and reformer classes, private and semi-private sessions.
All sessions are 55 minutes, pre registration is required.

Mat Class

Class starts with a warm up of pre-Pilates movements, then moves onto exercises that incorporate a combination of strengthening and stretching. These classes are for healthy bodies and will move your spine through flexion, extension, side bending and rotation. Your hip sockets and shoulder joints will be asked to move in every range of motion. There will be times when you work on stabilization and other times mobilization. We will all work at our own individual levels, modifying where we need to and challenging ourselves whenever possible! These Pilates exercises and movements will stay with you as you travel out into the real world and navigate through your daily life so you feel great! Mat classes are in studio or via Zoom. Reformer Class

This class is a blend of intentional movement, deep strengthening, and stretching . Throughout class you must pay attention to your form and breath to challenge your mind and your movement. After class you will walk out feeling a balance of strength and flexibility, a new found flow of energy - what I call the Pilates Daze! This class is appropriate for healthy bodies with a familiarity of Pilates and the reformer work. Private Sessions

Privates are the perfect place to address the needs of the individual client, they are also appropriate if you’d like to join classes but are not quite ready. When you are just starting Pilates, classes can feel fast paced and be intimidating, in the case of the reformer it also takes time to get used to the equipment. Private sessions ease the transition from newbie to class member, injured to healthy, weak to strong. As your Pilates journey continues you will become stronger, more limber, and better in control of your movements, thus ready to join classes or continue with sessions in a private setting; whichever fits you and your goals.
